Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided in our email response.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
